Our exclusive Share® Pomelozzini are made from hand-picked, natural pomelos. The whole fruit is first crushed and then fermented for 30 months in the fruit's own juice.
For this we use the same mother ferment as for our popular Share®Swiss Original apricots. After this complex fermentation process, we form small Pomelozzini by hand, which delight with their fruity-bitter taste. The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and the albedo (the white pulp) of the grapefruit and is particularly good for the body.
