Enjoy Share® in the evening
You can start your Share routine with 1/2 piece per day. Your body will need to adjust as helpful probiotics get to work. Be careful though, because the fruit has not been pitted and the pit is still inside the plum. Work yourself up to 1 piece per day as your body adapts.

Drink warm water
After consuming the Share® plum, drink at least 1-2 cups of warm water.
