What is fermentation?
Fermentation is a millennia-old process for preserving food. The fermentation process produces valuable enzymes and microorganisms that are particularly
valuable for intestinal health.
Why should I drink warm water with it?
You may. 🙂 This way you support your intestine, as it does not have to additionally heat the water to body temperature and you really wake up the enzymes and probiotic microorganisms. The enzyme activity in the intestine is also improved by this.
In order to get all toxins out of your body, please drink 2 - 3 liters of body-warm water throughout the day, your body will thank you.
Are there any foods that I should not eat/drink while taking Share® products?
Since our fermented products are also food, you do not need to change anything in your diet. Unless you want it ☺️ It would be great if you avoid sugar and drink a lot of body-warm water.
Are you allowed to eat the core?
Due to fermentation, the bioavailability of vitamins and minerals in ShareOrignal® plum is increased because it is not heated.
